So Im awaiting a turbobuild but need an exhaust for the time being (b16a i/h is just tooo damn loud.). The toolbox that had the car before me had the exhaust welded to the header and then he picked up a box of pipe ranging from 1.25 inch to 3 inch WITH adapters and said Im going to make an exhaust, at least thats how I figure it happened since it goes from 1.25->2->1.5->3->2.5 and muffler) So I cut that off. Can I just run a stock Si exhaust system without a lot of modification? I can get one of those for free and just don't see the need to pay for a 2.25 exhaust and then in a month pay for a 3 inch exhaust.

 

will it kill my top end?
