Default narrowing down my setup...some advice would be great

ive decided on what id like to throw on the car, suspension wise, and was in need of some input and/or advice.

the car is a 2001 integra gsr. the car is daily driven, and does seem sime at englishtown, and i am also getting into roadracing for the upcoming season.

right now im looking at:

full-race traction bars
omni power street coilovers
password jdm 3-point front upper strut bar
em-racing c-pillar bar, triangulation bar for c-pillar to rear strut, and rear strut bar
jdm itr 23mm sway bar with mounting kit

im looking to increase the overall handling of the car, while not making it super uncomfortable, but still be able to take it to the track when i want.

TIA

Don't waste your money, unless you want bling.

I would stay away from omni. Far, far away. Even if they weren't junk, they'd still be pretty soft. Take the money you saved from the bling bars, and put it towards a Koni / GC setup. With that setup, you won't need such a big bar; that is a lot of bar...

thanks for your input...i did some searching around and it seems like some people find traingulation bars to be functional, while others say they are just bling....can anyone clarify this? i have tein basics on the car right now, and am not too happy with them...id like an adjustable damper, with ride height adjustment. overall, like i stated, im just looking for a solid suspension setup that ill be able to use to my liking, i dont need anything extreme.....but i dont know...im not the best with suspension, thats why im asking you guys

TIA

joel,
the omni streets are just like you tein basics just a little stiffer, the 1k difference in stiffness doesnt improve it much. i have the omni streets and thats what they are made for, the streets. but i also changed my springs on my omnis so they ride better

i agree skip the EM racing setup and get some konis/GC combo with custom rates.

The C-pillar bar is jointed, so it actually flexes with the chassis: |-| /-/ The triangulation bars are also jointed, and not hard connected to each other. They also are placed in the wrong plane to effectively stiffen the car.

Triangulation does work, but only if the bars are welded in there; so if you want to use triangulation bars to stiffen the chassis, you'll have to weld in a cage.

ground control does make a completely assembled coilover kit with konis for the integra.
