Default 02 civic LX auto, 37K tranny swap

My older tranny went shitty burtn clutch plates and some chipped teeth. Baught a tranny with 37K miles on it (car has 64K)and had it put in. Noticed it didnt feel right, checked trany fluid and it was way low, i dont have any honda fluid so i will take it back today.

I have a couple of problems with it, the first problem i noticed was as soon as i gun it the car would kinda bog then pick back up. A little while later CEL came on and OBDII scanner said its an O2 sensor.

For some reason it doesn't like being in first gear, from a stop, if i floor it, it will take off in 2nd and downshift extremely hard into 1st around 20 MPH

It would start slipping around 55 MPH under low stress conditions, when it was abpout to hit 4th gear, sometimes it would go in and then to overdrive, but giving any more gas and it would just slip like a mother.

Also when i have it in any position in the gear lever, and i hold it while pulling away i can feel it puller the gear lever forward slightly.

Can al this be caused by the low fluid???

//EDIT

I forgot to mention that when it does slip out of 4th or OD not sure exactly what it is, i just put the car in D3 so it doesnt try get into 4th, but whenever i do that i shifts into 2nd and rips the f*ck out f the car then goes to 3rd, it seems to likve 2nd a bit too much.
