hello.. my dad brought my car to get smogged on saturday and when he got there the check engine light didnt come on and the tach didnt work.. so that failed.. the night before it was working.. then i know the guy that works right next to the smog guy and he said the fuse blew.. that was kinda weird.. tonight i got the car back.. my dad picked it up and he said half way back home the cluster went out again.. i get home and i check it.. everything is all good.. no blown fuse.. the only thing that was weird was that when i put the key to the on position the signal for the door being open was still ringing.. anyone know wats up..

got car smogged.. check engine light and tach didnt work.. worked the night before.. friend checks it and says fuse was blown.. dad brings car home and tach dont work again.. get car back and check all the wiring.. all good.. check fuses not blown.. key on on position and door open ring is still on..

 

help.. need to figure this out

 

Have you checked the fuses under the hood as well as under the dash?

 

I'd say check the VSS and see if that's what's causing your speedo to no longer work.

 

its all good now.. we found at wat was wrong.. we narrowed it to be the passanger side turn signal.. so i look and i found that a wire going to my side marker was cut.. so we taped it and all good now
