a friend of mine has a 2000 dk grey s2 with very low miles on it and the vortech supercharger kit, well, he wants to sell it now. he bought an e46 m3 and lost interest in the honda. the problem is this. he had jim justice of justice racing engines build him a custom sleeved balanced blueprinted engine for it. jim used the best of everything and it ended up being close to 10000 total by the time it was all said and done. he realizes that there is more aftermarket support now and it wouldn't be as expensive to build a engine close to the quality of this one now so now he doesnt know if he would be better off to sell the engine and turbo parts seperatly for a loss or to put it in the car and try to sell it that way with the turbo kit installed. what do you guys think? thanks

 

Sell the parts seperately, you'll make more money off of it. Rather than selling installed in the car.

 

ok so the engine and the aem got sold for 7000 this week should he sell the s2 with the supercharger still on it or take it off and piece it out?
