Removing alternator pulley
On the R it's 12 mm on top & 14mm on the bottom, normally threaded & it will be tight. I've got the underdrive pulleys (UR) on mine, so stock might have a bit more play in it.
The 12mm on top is the adjustment bolt & the 14 just needs to be loosened.
NOTE: If you haven't looked yet, you will have to remove PS & AC belts first. 1)PS = 2x12mm bolts + the adjustment screw. 2) AC has a tenioner pulley tightening bolt that is 12mm (I think) with an odd looking adjustment screw that uses a 7mm head that allows the belt to come off (the adjustment screw has a 2nd nut that locks it in place).
I hope that's enough to get you started.
(I'm the lucky one who had the AC tensioner pulley locking bolt shear off - ALL BY ITSELF - last week screwing up my Unorthodox Crank Pulley

You can legitimately de/re 3 belts off in 15 minutes if you have done it before (2 min for PS belt, 2 min for AC belt & 10 min for alt belt - it's kindofabitch to tighten good)

Dude, I've been here twice... I've installed AEM pulleys on my car and a friend's car. The easiest way to remove the alterator pulley is to dismount it from the bottom of the car so you can place the alternator face down on the bottom of the car. There, you can use an impact gun to remove the pulley. OTHERWISE, you'll have to disassemble a whole lot of things to get to the alt and take it out of the engine bay to remove the pulley and it will still be a bitch to remove.
