Does anyone have or know wher i can find a write up on st sway bars? I am little confuse about how the thing goes on. Also, do you have to have the suspension under full load when you install it? Any info or pics would be greatly appreicated. Oh and my car is a 96 rs integra.

thanks for all the info. I am still a little confused about my end links. I did not purchase the adjustables. So i am not to sure how the supplied L brackets mount up. I am pretty sure i know how it works, but am too scared to do it without seeing it first.
