Default A/C fan on Radiator....?

I have a 87 crx with the D16 swap. I was wondering if the fan I have off of a A/C condensor (is it the condensor? the rad looking thing in from of the real rad.) would work on my dual core half size del sol radiator. I want to use this because it mounts on the front not the back. I would wire it through the old fan plug so its thermostaitcally controled. would this work well enough the keep the temps low?

You would have to make it a push fan instead of pull, or else you'd be going against the force of forward air movement coming from the car moving forward.

Maybe you can rewire the polarity somehow and still keep it thermostatically controlled, but I wouldnt know where to start with that one without a wiring diagram.

yeah you would have issue with the direction of air flow, but i used only (!) the a/c fan on my car for about 6 months due to some "wiring issues" and it worked just fine. didnt run hot or anything, but that was on stock full radiator.
