Default 13" Mugen CF48s fitment

I have heard that 13" Mugen CF48's will NOT fit the over the rear disc brakes of a 1990 CR-X Si. Is this true?

If anything, you may just have to bend the rear dust shields a bit to make sure they don't rub (I had to do this with my 13x7" Revolutions). Other than that they will for sure clear just fine.
