1996 cig. lighter fuse location
If I remember right, it should be under the hood fuse box. Check for blown fuse. Sorry if I tell you wrong. I do not own an accord anymore, but used to.

u got to chk 2 fuses .1 in the underdash fuse box,, fuse # 11 10 amps, the other in the underhood fuse box, fuse # 36 15 amp.....if either is blown, it will not give power to the cigarette liter relay thus u will get no power at cigarette liter.......if fuses are ok,, chk for power at white/blue wire going into cig liter, if no power most likely a bad relay,,,,,,if u got power chk the black wire for ground at cig liter ..if no ground, u got bad wiring, if u got good ground u have a bad cigar liter assembly
