Default How much does a z6 tranny weigh?

Just like the title says......does anyone know how much a z6 tranny weighs? I am asking b/c someone wants my tranny and i live in ohio and he wants it in florida.....just trying to get him a fair shipping price....thanks

haha its heavier than that man. Its about 100 lbs shipping is gonna be a bitch you also gotta include weight for packaging

i think mine all packed up is like 80 lbs. costs around $50 to ship from fedex... more from ups.

I think they just take an extra day or something but I rather pay less and wait another day

its not that heavy, i live in apartments so i had to carry it out of my trunk and up 20 stairs and then to my balcony.

Damn, I wish my appartment had a 2nd story garage too!

I heard its cheaper to ship if you remove all the useless metal parts from inside the casing.
