this may sound like a stupid question but will a b-series tb fit on a d-series intake manifold? some people told me it will work but i wanna get input from here b/c im not really sure

yes it will work...i have a ls tb on my z6 manifold and it runs great....

ur wrong...they will work...throttle bodies are interchangeable through the d,b,h series motors...maybe others work as well but those 3 i know for sure will

 

i have been told on many occasions that a b and d will not interchange. learn something new.

 

the entire throttle body wont fit on any 88-91 D-series intake manifold.

only since 92 can u put a b-series TB on a D intake manifold
