i have a 93 jdm H22a and have an opportunity to get a 97h22 head recently rebuilt with new valve springs. was excited about it but now im thinking, & not sure if its worth it. anyone know what gains i can expect by dropping this head on. worth $300 pluz 8 hourz of gaz (roundtrip)?

If your 93 head is fine, then there is no point in getting the 97.
