Building my own box is out of the question, so initially i ordred a 1 cu ft sealed box on ebay. They shipped me a 10" instead and will call tomorrow to arrange for return etc.

They also have a 12" ported tuned for 32 hz exactly as in the RE specs for the SE. This is about $25 more. Should i go for this one instead and pay the difference?

I've read many threads about sealed vs. ported but can't seem to make up my mind because all i've had so far were sealed. I'd like to maintain SQ but i heard that SQ should be very good in either sealed or ported with this sub.

What do you guys think?
