i just ordered a ws for my car. and i was looking on apexi's hp and they didn't have an app for 2000-01. only up to 99. i know that the headers are different for these years. but will the exhaust bolt up?

 

Sorry bud it won't fit. Its gonna all be off a couple of inches. I'm not sure if the header is a different length, i believe the only differences between the years were cat lengths. If you got a cat from a 94-99 gsr and bolted it on i think everything would be alright. You should have ordered the LS apexi ws cat-back instead. If they didn't ship it out ask if you can change that.

Yeup. 2000-2001 GSR/94-2001 LS/TYPE R cat-backs are all interchangeable.

 

what year(s) type R?

 

All years of type R's use the same exhaust system i believe, correct me if i'm wrong ITR guys.
