Help!!! No Start Condition in 1999 Accord... (Anti-Theft Issue???)
Help! I just bought a 1999 Honda Accord EX and it won't start... Apparently the Anti-Theft Device is acting up and preventing voltage from reaching the fuel pump!
Does anyone know how to deal with this?
