Ok here it is. The final Clash of the titans race for this year. It will be on October 28th and 29th in Houston at the Raceway park. The event is technically a 1 day event for that Saturday. How ever as the are trying to fit is all in. The are opening the gates on Friday at 3 pm and thus will have 1 round of qualifying that night.

This event already have a Class sponor. Thank you Dui (sp). Now just like last time, Freddy is looking to confirm atleast a 16 cars in the class. These need to be Pre Paid to me VIA PayPal Ric@racingmazda.com

Are they going to let fast imports race or just street cars running in the 11's like last event

Well guys looks like I am out for this race. I dont have a tranny. My last one that I put together was on borrow and I broke that one so before I mess up another tranny I better give it back..lol

 

I'm gonna try to make this one. I know I won't be able to be down on Sat, but Sunday I can make it.

 

you see how what is, I always want to race, just not for free. I want a chance to win a race and make some pocket change, i'm willing to race any imports!!

If you show up on sunday, I hope you are there to help with track clean up. Its a Saturday race with 1 qualifying round on Friday. LOL.

Chuck. Freddy said he would love to have you come out and race ......... For next year.

Its too late and this is the last race of the season for him. He will be changing the rules for Next year to allow 4 and 6 cylinder cars to race in the 10.5 class. Current record is 7.90. So the only difference will be 8 cylinder domestic tail light instead of a 4. (just kidding) I know you will kick *** there.

You are still welcome to show up for passes. OH go easy on the 11 second import comments. These "10" second guys can be hostile.

So we really have to support those who support us, like Clash! Clash is giving us a chance to make this happen and so far we are doing a lousy job. So lets get off our asses and makes something happen. Lets make it a series and race only clash. I am down for racing only locally. The closest ******* NOPI race is in GA and thats like 12hrs away! *** that! As you can see, I am very pissed...

Ffuckk that, I am with you art. It also give me a reason to cuss up a storm on H-T something I have always want to do.

Any way, I am suprise that most of you west coast guys are not more upset at the fact all 80% of the races are on the East coat. What no love for the west coast rappers, I mean racers. I am sure NOPI have there financial reasons. But this **** stink like 90wt.

Its obvious now who us TX racers need to help out. You all, oops ya'al better come out and race the Clash, and pray NHRA make better plans.

So far none of you paid for this event. Remember its still a trial thing and if it does not go well some of us might have to eat out words and go crawling back to NOPI's ****. No offence Glenn but it is what it is.

No races scheduled for '06 in TX has not been sitting well with me!

I'd like to get more involved and promote/support Texas racing, which is one of the reasons why I am building my car in preparation of next season (with the help of good friends, of course!). I will be attending the Clash event this month, helping out as much as possible.

Props to everyone who has already been making the effort to keep things like the T4 class in C.O.T. alive

 

we just need cars to race!!!! bring whatever you have to race.
