Tires again
ok guys, my friend works at a tire center and when he called to place an order on the Ecsta mX's, he coulnd't seem to find any 245/45/16's so i was wondering how some of you guys have this? anyways, other hten that, what other tires do you guys recommend that are close to these in performance and everything overall? btw, add soem feedbacks/opinions on the tires you guys have used. thanks a lot!
I've driven on a few decent tires I'd recommend:
Potenza RE050: OEM and expensive, but nice feel
Kumho 712: Decent in the rain, but snappy on dry.
Advan A048: Very responsive, made my stock suspension/brakes work for its money.
G-Force KDW2: Progressive and easy to drive in the dry with good wet traction. Switching back to these this rain season.
Price wise, Advans and Potenzas are about the same, as with the Kumho and G-Force.
Performance order: Advans, Potenzas, G-Force, then Kumhos. Might look into the Victoracers hard compound to see if they last.
