Well, the guy that I bought my sleeved block from gave me an H23 Crank and it won't work. It must be a crank from a 93-96 H22A1 to work. I am OPEN to condition, but obviously it has to be RE-WORKABLE. I will also consider a crank that has been Polished and balanced already.
