It seems that my current tranny in my 95 gsr is dying so i have decided to replace or rebuild , depending on the price of both. If anyone has a GOOD CONDITION i.e. shifts into every gear, NO grinding, no cracks in the cases, no leaks , GSR , type R or b16 tranny for sale or if you know someone who does PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!
I am very interested in all offers as long as they tranny is good!!!

I have a JDM ITR tranny w/ OEM LSD. Perfect. NO grinds or nothing. NO cracks. This is a great tranny. I want $1100 shipped. I also have a ACT stage III clutch and pressure plate. All of it for $1400 clutch has 2890 miles on it

 

Which tranny do you have when you say "i have it" lol i specified 3 trannies.


Hmmm wow that JDM ITR tranny sounds reallyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy nice...... ill talk to my father about it, it is my christmas present to fix my tranny since buying the car adn modding it kinda ran me dry, well i have 600 in my account right now, but like i said its his money and he is farrrrrr from being poor. I will let you know what he says about the ITR tranny.

One question though, with the ITR tranny, well obviously its going to be faster and will launch better but my question is how will it affect just normal highway cruising?? Like at 80mph in 5th gear, what RPM are you at? Im guessing around 5000? I know the gsr tranny is at about 4000@80mph.

 

Is the ITR tranny out of the car?? or in the car? if its in the car maybe i could go for a ride in the car just to make sure the tranny is in good order, not saying that you would lie to me and screw me over, but it does happen so ya know, just being careful. If its not thats fine, im sure we can just write up a contract that says basically if the tranny dont work properly then i get my money back, im a fan of signed contracts

 

Well...at around 80 its at 4800 rpm. The tranny is no longer in my car. but even if it was. Im in oklahoma. And that seems like a long way to drive just to take a ride..hahahah

I understand the whole thing about getting ripped off. And im not one to do that.

Well....the contract kinda scares me. If you put it in and you go to get on it first time, dump it in first shift into second at 7 or 8k and then miss second and ruin the syncro. Then you come back to me and i am responsible to pay for it.

Not that you would do that. But by the contract i would end up being screwed in court.

Im completely **** about my deals. And i have alot of vouches if that would help out with feeling better.
