How do i ID a dizzy

I found dizzy in my garge, and i dont remmber what its from, i know its from a b-series, and im about 50 percent sure its an OBD2 GSR, but how can i tell for sure,

I see no normal markings on it..

jsut D3179 where it meets up to the block

im trying to sell it on ebay, but need to know what its from.. thanks
