After doing a bit of reading and searching I have found some excellent information on these forums regarding catch cans, how to route the lines, etc. etc. I have decided to order one for my CRVTEC swapped CRX Si. The only question I have left is what size are the following hoses.

1) What size is the hose that goes from the intake manifold to the PCV valve

2) What size is the hose that goes from the valve cover to the intake tube.
