The turbo zc to a sohc turbo swap came to a screeaching hault today after we notice that the mount from the 92-95 d15b was different than all the other mounts on my other sohc and zc. The mount i am talking about is the one next to the cam gears. It does not have that angle, which motor mount would i use. Is it one off and si or hf from a 88-91 crx. What mount is needed. Any info would be great thanks.

 

i believe you need the mount off an 88-91 civic/crx. i vouch for you though that the angle is different from the 88-91 and 92-95

 

well i have an hf one but it doesnt work. So we were thinking of an si mount would work. The only reason the Zc one will not work is because its mounts with three bolts 2 on the botton 1 on top which goes to the head. If it comes down to it the mounts are identical what i can do is take and hack off the top foot that way it does not hit the came gear. That is last resort though so i have no clue which one i will use.
