I accidentally bounced my car up a curb. The curb ended up just in front of the back wheels. I backed the car off of it. There is only a few small scratches on my 4-1 header.

The JDM ITR header has about the best ground clearance of the current 4-1s, and the Spoon 4-2-1, out there on a B18. The low part of the header is about 3/4" to 7/8" below the lowest part of the oil pan, i.e. drain plug area.

Dint worry they are strong...I hit a manwhole the other day, my friend driving behind me only saw sparks shooting out from the back of my car, and there was only scratches on my DC 4-1...

just go get a stainless steel sheet and attach it to the bottom of your header ( the lowest front-est point and ues a big garden hose to keep it on there. it will scratch the stainles steel part, instead of the header, saving you dents and nicks.
I have the DC- 4-1 header on my LS and the Eibach Pro kit installed and as far as I can tell I have yet to scrape it on anything. I also have a Spoon sports lower tie bar which is much lower than anything else on the car so if something's gonna get hit it'll be that. You should be fine though.
