Hello,
Just wondering, What regional code is that BM Type-R DVD u advertised while back?
I was thinking to pick it up in Japan but i heard Jp Regional Code is 2 and USDM DVD player won't accepted it because only play
US Reg. 1 and HK style 3.

I am not Yoshi, but it is true that DVDs have regional codes and will only play in those regions, one way around it is to buy a DVD player while you are there, unless there someone else that knows a way around it. Also if you have a PS2 there are chips you can buy that will defeat the regional codes.

If I remember correctly in the thread it stated that the DVD was playable all over the world because it didn't have a regional code thing.
I was not able to find out the region codes. Although a lot of guys still wanted it, regardless of region of code, I only ordered one DVD for myself first. After I get it and find out whether or not it is region specific, I'll post the info and take orders from those interested in purchasing them.

Thanks Yoshi, i didnt want to gamble yet, but i think in future, i may have to buy JDM PS2 if all BM goes DVD with Reg.2
