The Welded in nut that holds the lower main power steering rack mount is stripped. Any body fixed this type of problem before? Can it be done and how?

If I can't fix it I will have to replace it> This is the main front crossmember. The front lower control arms mount to it, so does the sway bar, and the rear motor mount. Any help or advise would be appreciated.
