WTB: OEM JDM CTR/ITR/B16B 4-2-1 cast exhaust manifold with 2.5" collector

looking for any b-series 4-2-1 manifold with 2.5" collector and O2 sensor bung

i.e. CTR stock exhaust manifold...or 96 spec ITR 421 manifold...
