I have an 88 accord and when I put my seatbelt on and then start
driving the seatbelt light starts flashing and the chime beeps and beeps and
beeps. Sometimes the door open light comes on but the door is closed.
Is there anyway I can disconnect a wire or fix this problem?

 

The seat belt control unit is under the passenger side seat; the door latch switch is located inside the door latch. You might just need to adjust the door striker.
Without the info on what car you have I can't load up the schematics.
Dx, Lx, or LXi ? ? ? 4 doors or 2 doors ? ?

 

It is a 2 door DX. I went out and unplugged something from under the
passenger side seat but that didn't help. The beeping went on with the light flashing. Someone told me to push back those black L shaped things on the inside of the door with something that would hold them and I did that but it didn't work
either. I have decided instead of owning a Honda...I own a Herbie!
