Default megan 4-1 header

ok i just got my megan 4-1 header from imageinmotion.com for 190 shipped. here are some pictures. i'm running open header right now because my hi flow cat and muffler hasn't came in yet so i dont know how it sounds.

what do guys think about the ground clearance? i should've took the jack out first so you can see it better.

do i need to install this part? the bracket that i have is bent and it won't fit right.
TIA.

No don't worry about it.
As long as you get a good connection with the exhaust, and the exhaust is connected tight with their respective rubber grommets it is not a problem.
Almost every cheap header or ebay header has those two holes, that rarely line up

I made sure to get mine replaced when I went to a header (the bracket was different than my stock exhaust manifold).
