Hey guys, i just got done installing a zc in my brother in laws 91 crx si, but it's not starting , after double checking everything from wiring to timing it still would not start. then i saw a fuel leak squeezing itself thru one of the injector grommets and fixed that problem with new rubber grommets but still won't start. so then i thought it could be i got no spark but i have spark after checking that, so then for some reason as he cranked it over i sprayed stater fluid in the throttle body and vroom it started and stayed on as long as i sprayed. what could be wrong?

 

your on the right track sometimes when motors have been sitting awhile the injectors stick closed. you may have to keep saying the carb cleaner in thier until the injectors opne and close right. also check the main relay when you turn the car to the on postion but dont crank it you should hear a click from the main relay if you dont you need to look for another one and also check to make sure you have all your ground wires on vavle cover and the transmission

 

ok main relay is located where under dash driver side? and i will check all grounds and keep spraying, anything else?

 

update , I did the following but still nothing, could it be that i used the stock 91 crx si intake manifold and the obd1 ecu ain't reading something? help please
