Default Turn signal fuse blows when fuel pump is on

I'm fighting an electrical problem with my 89 CRX Si with a B16A swap. Engaging the turn signal blows the fuse, but only when the fuel pump is running. With the key on but the fuel pump off, the signals work fine. Are there any common wiring problem areas that would cause this symptom? Or any areas where these two circuits join where I should start looking? I'm hoping desperately that after all the hell I've had with this car, I don't have to strip the entire wiring harness out of it as well.

Thanks.
