The guys in the crx part think i shouldnt put speakers in the car. A crx could hit loud as ****. Any ways. This is what im planning on putting in the rex

American Pro 1,000 watt 12"s



Here is the Audiobahn 800 watts in a bandpass box. The box lights up.



Audiobahns 500 watts each.

The muffler fell off when ever it got impounded. It took 300 to get it out. I had 7 police calls on the rex

Had a guy locally come into the shop with singed trunk because his Volfenhag amp caught on fire... Not good stuff...

if you want a koo amp roll with JL.... thats what i have in my cars and when it comes to amplification i dont think many others will beat it unless its ads diamond or zapco....

 

when you find out just how tight 2 12's in a slot-port box fits you'll rethink trying to stuff 6 subs in there. they simply wont fit without walling it ALL off. i'll post pics of my 2 Eclipse 12's in a slot-port in a minute, but i had to cut some interior and beat a couple pieces of sheet metal in to force my box in. it gets a lot smaller than it looks.

sorry for the quality i was in a hurry, but those are 2 12's in a reccomended size enclosure...its a damn tight fit so if you fit all the audiobahn crap in there you're the man.

oh, and by the way, that box is touching the rear of the hatch....

yeah its a 88' CRX Si. they aren't as big as you'd think i promise.

i'm sorry, but everything in your car is crap. sell all the audio **** and buy ONE 12" JL AUDIO W7 and a memphis amp. you'll be MUCH more pleased.

crx, you might just be better off with a proper ported box, with a single 12.....

Dude ive been watching hits 154.5 and a little higher depending on the day in his CRX, plays around high 140s-low 150s...

enough power, + sub that takes it + proper enclosure = loud, nice and lighter than all of that. maybe cheaper too

 

Sell all that crap and put some love into your " REX " !
