If a car is hard to turn, do you think the front strut bar will help or do you have any other ideas on what to put, so the car can turn better?

i am asking this question beacause i have a 96 civic hatch CX, and it does not come with power steering and it is quite hard to turn if the car is not moving.

please anyone help me in this little problem.

Its not that damn hard to turn the wheel. And no, nothing will help that except getting actual power steering.
