Default why do some springs sag in the back?

just like the title says, i've been looking around for a while for some good springs and all the cars i've seen lowered that had either eibach, rsr, espelirs, hks all seem to sag more in the back then the front, the fronts on the stock springs are lower than the back, does anyone know the reasoning to this? whats a good spring that drops even all around?
