95 integra LS-13 second dreams?
A 1995 Acura Integra LS, with a greddy turbo kit, no intercooler, boosting about 7 psi on some nitto drag radials, stage 1 clutch, just a greddy evo exhaust...Is it capable of hitting high 13's with a good driver? *good driver meaning nice reaction time and nice launch and quick shifting*
Given what conditions you mentioned and they are met (as far as dragging skills go), I'd definitely say so. But don't expect low 13s @ 7 psi.
Some ?s...
Why no intercooler?
Let me guess, you want to stay smog legal as possible?

I think its possible, but difficult. A few more questions though:
Do you just have the evo exhaust or a whole exhaust system with a header/cat/exhaust?
Also, is it tuned?
If the answers are yes, you probably have a higher chance of attaining your goals.
Good luck either way.

reaction time does not dictate good driving. Good driving would probably mean: a good 60', quick shifting, etc.
However, i do see 13's being easily attainable on the greddy kit.
