oil pressure problem when warm
I have a 92 Si with a swapped H22a and my oil pressure switch was bad. I replaced it with a new one from Pep Boys and everything seemed good. My oil light was on all the time with the old switch and its not on with the new one except after the car gets warmed up and i drive for a few miles it starts flashing on and off about every second. My oil pressure is about 15psi at idle and a little above 50psi at 3000 RPMs so i know its ok. Anyone know what would cause this? I searched but couldn't find any similar problems. Maybe i need to go with an OEM pressure switch instead of one from pep boys?

I would start there myself.

I agree. I just replaced mine with OEM, runs $30 from the dealer.
EDIT: Don't forget to wrap the threads real good with teflon tape, if you didn't already.

Yeah i just ordered one from majestic so it should be here in a few days. I jumped the blue service connector today to see if i had any stored codes also and it was clean so i hope the OEM switch takes care of the problem.
