Thats Chris's car that Cunha tuned. On a new set of tires that thing will be in the 10's. Congrats on the new times dude.

 

There was a local '92 4 door with a nitrous fed turbo H22 that went 10.69 a few years ago, but I have no idea what happened to that car...

10.69 in an 1/8 of A mile maybe. but 10.69 is a pretty hard number to live up to in a bottle fed street car

 

Nitrous+boost+slicks... It's actually 10.63@134mph, I just found out. I haven't seen that car in at least 2 years, anyway.

yeah that is my friends car at etown. he only got 2 runs and that second run should have been 10s but he hit the high boost button and it put it back to low boost.

a few guys there feel that 10.7 is realisticly in his grasp with a few more runs. we just dont know without a cage if they will let him. i guess we will see.

 

The '88 4 door of Chuck Qualintangs was pretty quick running 10.33 a few years ago.

Me and my friends saw that 4 door run 10's on sunday!!

 

if it was that car it was 11.04 he will be in tens before the season ends and he gets kicked out

Yep yep, I watched that car run 10's many of times back in the day. Like when the CMI's were actually fun to go to and watch. I'm glad I'm on the east coast right now. From what I here the CA scene is going downhill especially in NOR*CAL. Mostly due to the authorities/ Emissions laws IMO.

i had an EG 4 door in Socal, 11.99 all motor, jdm h22a, head milled 50, p28 ecu, hotshot header, stock bottom end, act pressure plate with stock disc, vtec afc, dyno'd at 198 to the wheels running this in 2000.
