They turned out like crap on this camera. I have another camera that I will get the pics developed soon and will post them.

This was my first race. I did pretty good. I would've placed 6th but I got a DNF because I braked too hard after the finish line. I wish the finish stopping area wouldve been longer. But oh well.

Do you have any pics of the parking lot? I wonder if any of the guys i auto-x with were there. One noticeable one is a C5 vette w/ Aero headlights and big hood scoops. Also a Triumph Spitfire w/ no headlights painted black i think. earlu 3rd or 4th gen white hatch in the DMod class. Green hatch w/ b18c in the street mod class? Red SI w/ comptech rear tie/sway bar. Blue VW GTI VR6?

Hey Prelussion, I think I may of saw the Vette. Not sure though. There were a bunch.

and JDM, it is Metallic Grey.

 

was the vette red w/ big wheels driven by a french guy? (his daughter drove it for practice once, it was the first time she ever drove a stick and she hops in her daddys 380+ HP vette. That was fun to watche)

 

Heck, I don't remember much about the other cars. I was trying to think the course over in my head and watch other people's line. I didn't pay too close attention to the vettes. I do know there we 2 ZO6's.

 

You should come here to Asheville April 28th. That's the first race of the season for us. Have you ever been to Deals Gap? I went up there and won't go back until a lot more suspension mods, brake mods, and a set of Advan AO32s!

Tell me more about this April 28 ashville thing....where at? free? Im from charlotte and I know of NO auto crossing around here!

 

Not sure what the entrance fee will be maybe like $25?!?! It will be at the biltmore square mall. http://www.main.nc.us/HSCC/
They're the local club, i'm going to go to the meeting march 13th, so i will have more info on it then. I'm sure you can e-mail Tripp and get all the info on it. I think Asheville is like what a 2 hour drive from Charlotte?

 

Hey James, it was nice meeting you this past weekend. Sorry I didn't talk to much, i was freezing my *** off, and had a lot of things to do before we started running. I agree also that the stopping distance was WAY to short. I had a pretty good day though, i won my class, and got 11th overall, out of 84 cars.

O yeah, email me about this Knoxville meet, i was just told about it a few nights ago, by a friend.
