Misfiring

Misfiring
Alright I replaced cap and rotor, and OEM NGK spark plugs.
I do however have cheapo autozone wires.
Now my car misfires when it wants to, one day it will be fine, the next day it will misfire.
Can a bad distributor cause this?
Or internals? Can a bad coil cause misfiring?
I need input
