I just bought a crx and the guy before me did not use a front license plate and the bumper has the stock licnese plate hole covers still. i don't want to break the hole covers incase ohio passes a law that u don't need a front license plate. i was told they sell for like $20. i don't want to just try pulling them off and breaking them. i actually haven't tried at all yet to get them off.

My guess is that most people don't even know about the hole covers but maybe i'm wrong.
