wiper blade rod

ok....so i have a 92 hatch and the wiper blade rod will randomly fall down and turn the blades on.....especially annoying when racing......i guess it needs a new spring or something so it kicks back like the turn signal rod?......LET ME KNOW GUYS

what do i need so it will not fall on its own and turn the wiper blades on? HAPPY?
