i tried searching but could find what i was lookin for .. how hard will it be to swap a b20 into a 91 si ...ive heard it drops in fine but then you have a hood clearance problem ? need some help

it will fit fine should have no major hood clearance problems maybe the vavle cover will rub the bottom hood bracing depending on the mounts you use

 

hood clearence has allot to do with the mounts you will be using. the search feature is your friend.

 

I just put one in my CRX and the hood closed just fine. I removed my underhood webbing though. Never tried it with it on.

kool thanks ..yah i just picked up the rex yesterday it has sohc zc with a vtec head in it right now but like i said i wanna drop that b20 it in real soon ...so its basically drop in right ? (the b20 )

 

ok just ordered the b20 and i already have a LS tranny ...another question should i use the pr4 ecu for this swap ? also wut else do i need ... ls axles , ls alternator, distributor, injectors and maybe starter?
