hi there guys/gals. i would like to kno if the brakes/suspension from a DC5 Type-r would work back on a DC2 GSR shell? are the wheel spacings for de DC2/DC5 Type-R different.

i am thinking about upgrading my GSR 4lug to a ITR 5lug conversion and wanted to kno if this suspension/brake swap from a DC5 would work in anyway or would i have to stick with the DC2 ITR.

no, the suspension is vastly different.

 

no it wont work , the dc5 suspension only works on the newer civics like 2001 and up. u need the dc2 itr suspension.

Now putting the DC5R Brembos on a DC2R brake setup.........that's an idea.
