Hey guys,

I hope this question has not been posted before. I wanted to know if the DA's ever came with a leather wrapped steering wheel. I could've sworn I saw either a 92' or 93' with a leather wrapped wheel. Must have been a GSR or something.

yes, my 92 GS came with factory equipped leather wrapped steering wheel. hth.

yep, 92-93 gs and gsr trim came with it.
Also, second generation jdm sterring wheels came with it.
good quality...I remember having it on my 92 gs with 200,000 miles, was still in good shape.

I did a search on the autowreckers website for the States (because there's none available in Canada), and I might've found one. I emailed them to see if it's still available, the condition and cost of it. Wish me luck!

Well, I have a 90' GS and it never came with the leather wheel as well. So, that's why I want to look for either a 92' or 93' leather wrap wheel. I was told by my previous Acura mechanic that it's a direct bolt on.

 

Hey guys,

I found 2 leather wrapped steering wheel. One is in ok condition with some wear asking for $45+$20 for shipping. The other costs $30 includes shipping, but it has 2 light scuffs on the leather and is missing the centre emblem. He described it as a cut in the leather. Can that be fixed? Because I don't want to get cut by it.

Yeah, after emailing a few autowreckers, I found out that not all 92-93 GS or GSR's came with leather wrapped steering wheels. I think it might've been an option.
