...brake caliper...
and changing the brakes is pretty easy. Especially if you have disc brakes in the rear. Then again, your rear brakes may very well not need to be changed anyway.

no way man its easy just get a book and find out for your self if you cant do it just put it back togather and go pay some one to but that would be lame.ok i will spell it out for you
1 take off your tire
[after jacking the car up
2 take off the brake capilary ,,,2 bolts get somthing to put it on[ it wont reach the ground]
3 take out the brake pads , making sure to notice how they go in.
4 get something to push the piston apart
5 put the new pads in
6 make sure that the pads will go around the roter if not you need to seperate the piston more
6 put the capilary back on it fits in one spot its imposible to **** that up the bolts wont go in if its not lined up
7 make sure you put the tire back on before you lower the car!!
8 do it on the other side, if you have rear disks you should prob. change those too
,,, good luck its not that hard
does anyone have anything to add?did i forget anything?
PS: dont put on your nice duds to do this you will get brake dust all over you

thank you alot for the help, dont u thnk it just weird that everything i tried to fix the car by myself and i was always wearing whites.. hahaha
yea i know lol. anyway, where should i get the brake pads>? kragen or honda dealer? or anything else that is long lasting and cheap lol
one thing that might be helpful is being sure the pressure to your brake piston is good before you put your tire back on. This is easy too though, you will probably have to do it anyway to push the piston back. you will open your bleed line a little bit to push the piston back in and then after that pump your brake until a little fluid comes out of the bleed line then tighten the bleed line back. you don't want to be riding down the road and have to pump your brake fluid back up when you need your brakes right away, know what i mean. Like hondabum4life said its easy. they are ripping you off and it isn't hard. If you aren't sure though def. get a manual. I know that haynes has it step by step with pictures of how to do it.
hahaha i wish..........that would be lovely, especially considering that for that pic someone would have wanted to put my car in a professional photo shoot all by its self. sorry
Also use a "C" clamp to press back the piston. I used the used brake pad against the piston with the C clamp to press the piston back. The brake pad acted like a flat piece of metal to apply even pressure on the piston. Get a C clamp roughly 6 inchs long.
Brake pads on just about anything is super simple. However, I'd recommend finding someone that has done them before to help you out. While there isn't much you could do wrong I'd hate for you to tinker with your brake system for the first time ever without having ANY experience because it could prove to be deadly. You have to know someone that could help you the first time. After that you'll never hesitate.
yeah thats a nice ride i want a new hybred engine in the new accord and i want the 2006 tail lights there LEDs are so bright its blinding
i still aint able to change it because i dont have the tools to push the piston. i ******* spent 3 hrs with my buddies on the weekend and still couldnt figure out what to use to push the piston. can you guys tell me where to buy the tools, and what is the C clamp thing you guys talking about.
one of my friend told me that in order to push the piston back in, i could try to unloose the hand brake or something i dono. plz help!!
