Default ?RSX-R sale?

How much would anyone be willing to pay for a 2002 Honda Integra RSX-R straight from Japan? The car only has 100km on it. 6 speed manual, Right side steering. And it would be street legal in all 50 states.

Jason-

PS. Mods can move to classifieds if they must.

*ahem*

_theres_no_such_thing_as_an_rsx_r

/ahem

It is an Integra Type R. Please do not insult the Type R owners by continually calling them RSX's.

Thanks.

Civic Type-R's can be imported and legallized. I've seen about 5 in the country for road use.

You don't have to have any kind of "hook-up" to get a J-spec car registered here in the US.
You just have to spend tons of money to have an importer do the modifications for you (IE Motorex). If you get your car registered with a "hook-up" and crash into someone, your 100% phukked as far as insurance/lawsuits go. Your car isn't legal for the US highways without some modifications and testing, and the insurance companies will have their way with you should something bad happen.

True, you don't have to have a "hook up" to get the cars registered. But, you don't have to spend tons of money either. MotorEX does charge quite a bit but most of it is needed for the labor and parts, they simply charge so much because until now, they were the only company that could import Skylines. And if the car is registered legalliy through and RI or ICI, then you ARE 100% covered by insurance and you're protected by the law as well. If you want a car imported then contact me. I can have pretty much and JDM model brought to the USA. Email me with a model that you want and I'll try and find one for you. If you like one I find, we'll take the next step when we come to it.

Ameritech brought over the McLearn F1....anything is possible.
Altough, the Porche 959 was never legalized by Porche, but people have imported them, and made them street legal. or keeped them original, and used them for track only.

In anycase, it's a lot of time and money, which 95% of us on this board don't have.

Yeah the Mclaren's have been brought here. I believe some very very rich guy in Maine owns 2 of them. And the 959's have been legallized before. I want to say there are 5 for street use and 2 for track use, but I might be mistaken. A company that I do business with out in Cali can get them legallized.

It's a real one too. You guys have no idea what it takes to import a car (leagally). In Oregon anyway, it is next to impossible. You can get them here alright, but making them legal is a nightmare. I have 2 friends that own them, one of which is pictured above. The cars are incredible in person.

Jesus... RSX, Integra, what is the freaking difference?

For what I recall, you don't even have the *true* R...
