Default clutch cable?

sould the 90-91 integra clutch cable be shorter than my stock hf?
i just picked one from the junkyard and i know it was a da integra but not sure if it was a 92-93

yea its not like its in a different location on the tranny or clutch pedal.

i thought the DA cable was longer. thats why when you do a b16 swap you need to buy a DA cable, because the HF one is not long enought. (unless you alter it of course).

thats what i thouthg too cus im in the process of swaping a b16 in my rex thats why i bought it
does any one have experience using a teg cable wiht a b16 swap in a rex?

the one that is clearly longer is the one out of my stock hf the shorter one is from a teg

The DA one is shorter than my DX one, HOWEVER, the acutal part that attaches to the tranny is spaced better. So if you use the DA cable you will actually have some adjustability, whereas with my stock dx cable I had to cut the rubber spacer at the end to free up some room and then i had NO adjustability.

this was on the hydro-cable conversion.
