I have:

valve job, p&p, head shim

I want to get the car tuned to help gas mileage and improve the power curve

What is the best way to tune it for a good cost? How much power could I expect to see? Do I need to purchase any extras such as new fuel pump, ecu, etc. for said tuning programs?
