Default d15b2 head on a d16a6?

i was wondering if this was at all possible. i have a newly rebuilt d15b2 head and i could get a d16 motor from a junkyard for $75. what would i have to do to make it work.

put a head gasket on it and a timing belt..

the d16 head is nearly identical to that of the b2 head. Like the cam and something about the ports.
