You are already a regular user.
There is an over two week delay for trial members to become regular users.
During that period, you must have posted at least once in a tech forum in order for the system to automatically recognise you and change your status.
If you think the "Noob" avatar is an indicator of status...it is not. You just need to upload your own avatar.
